PICK UP AND RETURNS
CUSTOMER PICK UP / RETURN — Complimentary customer pickup (at home, office, hotel, shop) or return may be available within a 10KM radius of our Eagle Luxury Car Rental® Puchong HQ. Please contact the rental location directly if you need this service.
AFTER-HOURS DROP — EagleLuxuryCar Rental® Car Rental is not a 24-hour operation. We are open 7-days a week 10PM – 8PM. Please contact us for most up to date office hours. If you need to RETURN a vehicle outside of normal business hours please advise a representative of your return and ask about specific return instructions.
Location at “Kuala Lumpur International Airport”, a RM100.00 drop fee will be applied to your rental contract for pick up.
- We will be waiting and showing Eagle Luxury Car Rental and guest name at the arrival hall.
- Our representative will shuttle you to your vehicle.
ONE-WAY RETURNS — Vehicles rented from our HQ and not returned to the original rental location will be charged a “drop fee” to be determined by distance from that location and time it takes to retrieve vehicle back to the original location.
CREDIT CARD POLICY & BILLING
ACCEPTABLE FORMS OF PAYMENT – ** IMPORTANT TO READ**
We only accept EagleLuxuryCar Rental Credit for rental charge authorizations or deposits. For activate and reload on EagleLuxuryCar Rental Credit, we accept major debit/credit cards (AmEx, Discover, Visa, Master), Bank-transfer, and the bank/card holder MUST must match the renters Driver’s License. The authorization amount (rental deposit) is separate from the payment (rental charges). At the time of rental, the authorization (deposit) and separate payment for entire rental will be made on renters EagleLuxuryCar Rental® Credit. Customer will see two transaction on their statement.
We do NOT accept any others method as valid form of deposit. Only EagleLuxuryCar Rental® Credit are accepted for an deposit authorization; no bank-checking or temporary credit cards. We can accept debit card or cash payment for rental charges upon return of rental vehicle in person and as final payment ONLY. Only the renter of vehicle can make this payment in person. Again…. Rental deposit authorization must be made at beginning of rental.
DEPOSIT AUTHORIZATION is a security hold and is separate from rental charges. The authorization, or portion there of, may be used for any additional charges accumulated during the rental contract period beyond what was already taken for payment at the beginning of the rental. Authorization amount depend on the type of vehicle and is separate from the rental charges. A minimum RM500 deposit authorization is required at the beginning of the rental on all economy vehicles. The SUV’s, Premium, Luxury and Higher vehicles and have higher authorization depending on the value of the vehicle and length of rental. Deposit authorizations are valid for 14 days, and may be used for unpaid rental charges and incidentals such as petrol, police summon, or tolls. Upon the release of the authorizations, it may take up to 3 business days to return the authorization.
